As an artist, I have created original drawings and paintings for almost 40 years. Winning awards means my art has met high standards of quality. 2023 was a special year for winning 3 awards: The Publisher's Award, Laguna Plein Air Aitists Award and Best of Show at the American Plains Artists Show.

In National and International Art Exhibitions, I have won over 40 Gold and Silver medals, First Prizes, and Best of Show Awards. I take pride in my two Gold Medals from the Western American Indian and Cowboy Artists Show, conducted at the Autry Museum of the American West in Los Angeles, CA
I am an active Signature member of Watercolor West, the Oil Painters of America, and the American Plains Artists. I am an active “Artist” member of the California Art Club, and many oil and watercolor paintings were exhibited in 2026 at their gallery in San Marino, CA. at their California Art Club Old Mill Gallery in San Marino, CA. I am also an active member of the American Impressionists Society and the Laguna Plein Air Artists winning an award in 2024 at their summer exhibition.
I love participating in highly competitive art exhibits to develop my ideas and fine-tune my skills. I aim to create one-of-a-kind paintings that depict a special aspect of America. I have learned many skills from my early training at the Art Center College of Design and continually learn from other artists.
